Nicki Minaj Extends Lead As Highest Charting Female Rapper

Nicki Minaj now ranks as one of Pop’s highest selling entities, enjoying two Multi-Platinum No.1 LPs and the record for spending the most consecutive weeks in the US Top Ten with "Starships."

Now, by way of her latest single "Pound The Alarm," she has extended her lead as the highest charting Female Rapper of any genre.

Now perched at No.9, Minaj is now the only Femcee since Missy Elliott to watch two singles from the same LP to peak in the UK Top Ten, with "Starships" at #2 and "Alarm" now at #9.

However, with both singles peaking higher than Elliott’s releases("Get Ur Freak" on & "4 My People") Minaj now extends her lead as the country’s highest charting Female Rapper.
