Katy Perry’s “Wide Awake” Gets The Single Treatment

You didn’t actually think that Katy Perry was done with her 'Teenage Dream' album just yet, did you?

The Adidas spokeswoman is set to follow-up her chart-topping smash “Part of Me” with a new single, the dreamy “Wide Awake.”

The luscious pop ballad was helmed by the unbeatable team of Dr. Luke, Max Martin, and Bonnie McKee, and is the only completely new song that Perry recorded for her recently-released repackaged album, 'The Complete Confection.'

A 3D music video for the single was shot over three days earlier this month, which will be used to tie-in with Katy’s upcoming Pepsi-sponsored 3D documentary-concert film, 'Katy Perry: Part of Me.'
