It’s Official! (Kind Of): The Paradiso Girls Have Split Up?

Paradiso Girls drama has gone down on Twitter, leading to the conclusion that the “Patron Tequila"/"Who's My Bitch” hit-makers have disbanded.

First, Chelsea Korka (second to right of photo) wrote this somewhat distressing and unconvincing series of tweets:

"JUST SO EVERYBODY KNOWS!!!!! Paradiso Girls as I know of it is STILL A GROUP!!!!! YES we are all working on other projects and working…towards the future, but we are still a group!!!! You will hear it from us first if anything changes!!!!! Thank You and SMILE!!!! XXOO!!!"

Minutes later, Aria Crescendo (center of photo) tweeted Chelsea directly, saying:

"why you confusing the fans ????????? u know the troth Chealsea so stop pretending……be truthful to ur hart for once"

She then went on a mini-rant to a random fan, explaining in remarkably terrible English:

"interscope don t want the group anymore and that s the trooth Chealsea know it too she is just a bit confused i guess:) oh no she didn t but keep teling u that the gorup steal going when is not and she know it…..but u guys beliv who ever u want i have nothing to prouve i give love to people that love me and i am honest to myself. now have to get back to work but i steal belive that the trooht will com out soon anough;) keep smiling;) ill be aiiiiiiiiight;)"

For now, it appears the group has disbanded, yet there has not been an official statement released on the subject. Expect something soon now that the cats out of the bag!

Rihanna Checks In With Katy Perry And Lady Gaga

Rihanna revealed that before she goes out to a big event, she will check with Katy Perry and Lady Gaga to see if they are wearing something similar.

She said:

"My worst nightmare would be a clash on the red carpet, so we all text each other before to make sure.

We're all kind of fearless with fashion. So Katy and I speak all the time about what we're going to wear. And Gaga.

One time we were going to the Met Ball, and Katy phoned me to check. We were like Oh My God, we were both going in this dress by Dolce and Gabbana with Marilyn Monroe's face all over it.

She was like, 'You can't. I've had my nails done in mink and it matches the dress. I thought, seeing as she'd gone to all that effort, I'd let her wear it."

Lady Gaga, Beyonce Top Forbes Most Powerful Women List

The Forbes list of the world's most powerful women includes Oprah Winfrey, Lady Gaga, Beyonce Knowles and Ellen DeGeneres, all of whom apparently wield more power than the woman who is second in line for U.S. president.

The annual list, released late Wednesday, places Winfrey third. The talk-show queen is worth $2.7 billion and earned $315 million in the past year, but beyond wealth Forbes takes into account executive position, creative influence and entrepreneurship.

After Winfrey, Lady Gaga, at No. 7, is the next media person on the list. She earned $62 million in the past year and, according to Forbes, "single-handedly reinvigorated pop music and pop culture."

Next in media, at No. 9, is Beyonce Knowles, who earned $87 million and whose music is a favorite of Michelle Obama's, according to Forbes.

Taylor Swift Wins Trademark Lawsuit

Taylor Swift has won a court fight against 16 individuals she claimed violated trademark by selling counterfeit merchandise bearing her name and picture.

Court documents said a federal judge in Nashville granted a default judgment last week permanently barring 16 individuals from making or selling Taylor Swift merchandise.

Swift claimed in the suit that her merchandise enforcement team found numerous individuals selling fake goods across the country during her 2009 tour, including T-shirts with her image on them.

A message left for Swift's attorney on Wednesday was not immediately returned. Court records indicated that the accused individuals had no attorneys listed and they had not responded to the lawsuit.

Probably not till the beginning of the year but my single will come out before that. It takes too long. I'm bored & ready 2 tour:)

my favorite song off of the new album is “You Love Me”

There are actually 2 duets on the new record & I have at some point sang w/both of these artists before but not on record.

There is definitely one song that could have been on My December and it's also a duet ….and I'm not saying who yet :)

Former Manager: Lady Gaga Was 'Painfully Shy'

Before she was a Grammy winning, meat dress-wearing megastar, Lady Gaga was just a reserved teenager trying to work up the nerve to perform.

So says her first manager, Bob Leone, who first met Gaga at an open mic night when she was 13 or 14 years old.

"She was painfully shy – very different from who she is now,"
Leone tells PEOPLE. "She came to the open mics with her mother twice before she built up the courage to go onstage."

Leone, a former director for the Songwriters Hall of Fame, worked with Gaga (then Stefani Germanotta) for several years and managed her for six months in 2006.

He is now auctioning off nine pieces of Gaga memorabilia (including a never-released 2002 demo recording and original Stefani Germanotta CDs) for a Gotta Have Rock 'N Roll online auction.

When he first heard the future pop star perform, "She was prodigy-like," he says. "She was clearly a very good songwriter and keyboard player." Plus, he was able to see her transformation from Germanotta to Gaga firsthand.

"It was a very important six months because going into it, she was Stefani, and she was still writing pop music. By the end of that six month period, she was officially Lady Gaga."

With the evolution complete, Gaga's stage presence came along as well.

At a 2006 showcase with several artists, "She blew everyone away," Leone says. "Nobody talked about anything after that show but Lady Gaga. She bantered with the audience and was very funny. I never noticed that sense of humor when she was Stefani."

The same goes for her self-confidence, which was already firmly in place by 2006.

"Whenever someone asked her, 'what is your goal?' she would always give the same two-word answer: 'world domination,'" says Leone with a laugh. And now? "She's got it!"

Rihanna The New Face For 'So Kodak' Digital Cameras

Rihanna recently shot her 'So Kodak' commercial who is the only female to be a part of the campaign, joining previous artists Drake, Trey Songz and Pitbull.

The setting for the commercial is a fashion show, where Rihanna and her girls (and they really are women in her life, including her stylist, her hairdresser and her sister) are all in the front row watching the models walk the runway and Rihanna is taking photos with her So Kodak camera.

"It is not just technically advanced, it is sexy looking. It comes in cool colors. It is a fun camera…. It is really easy. You take the picture and you can share right away," she says, pointing out the share button that allows you to quickly send photos to friends and family when the camera is plugged into a computer.

So what photos does Rihanna enjoy sharing? "I travel a lot and I get to see a lot of cool things and cool places and meet a lot of cool people. So, it is really cool to capture those moments. Those are the moments that you want to share with your friends and family."

Carrie Underwood Calls Hubby The 'Missing Piece to My Puzzle'

Carrie Underwood and Mike Fisher haven't had much together time since their July 10 wedding, but the singer says for her, marriage is a perfect fit.

"Mike's the missing piece to my puzzle – he's a few pieces," Underwood tells PEOPLE Country in its November issue. "He makes me a better person."

Though Underwood, 27, admits that winters in her hockey player husband's native Canada can be rough ("I can't do my cute heels in the winter!"), for now, the couple are content to shuttle between their Nashville and Ottawa homes.

"It's not like we have office jobs where you can transfer!" she says. "It's not a conventional marriage."

Underwood says the marriage is something for which she gives thanks, along with other blessings in her life, like her dog Ace – whom she "missed like crazy" while on her two-week Tahitian honeymoon with Fisher – her faith ("with God, the bad isn't as bad") and her family.

Victoria Beckham's Fixated On Husband's Hot Body Not His Voice

"I don't really notice that he's got a high-pitched voice. I just think he's so god––– perfect that people have to find something wrong with him.

We were about to go out somewhere the other day, and he was sending an e-mail. He was sitting at the end of the bed, and he had no clothes on whatsoever. I was getting out of the shower, and I just stood there looking at him. He was all tan. Has all those tattoos – which I love.

Hadn't done his hair. He just naturally looks good all the time. He never looks like s–– in the morning. Never. So he's sitting there sending his e-mails, all ripped. Not an ounce of fat on him. And I thought,'You done good, girl.' I sure wasn't thinking of his high-pitched voice."

Possible Collaboration From Keri Hilson & Ciara?!

Keri Hilson appeared on Angie Martinez’s Hot 97 radio show on Monday to once again address the rumored beef between her and fellow DIVA Ciara.

When asked whether any of the gossip was true, the songstress responded, “Not really, it’s nothing real—not in the real world. I know that they take anything and kind of drag it on. They made up that I was in New York when supposedly we had a fight or scuffle backstage. I wasn’t even in the city, I was in L.A.”

Despite growing up in the same region, Keri doesn’t see why people feel the need to pit them against each other.

“I do honestly feel that there’s room for everybody,” she said. “We do two different things, we come from two different places musically.”

When Angie suggested a duet to silence the chatter, Keri replied, “That’s a thought,” hinting that one has been discussed. “I’ll be honest, I can’t say that we haven’t had some talks about it, little whispers about doing a song together, it just hasn’t happened. I’ve heard things from people…”

Lady Gaga Nearing 1 Billion YouTube Views

Lady Gaga is approaching a major milestone of the new music industry: one billion all-time YouTube views.

Lady Gaga should pass one billion views around Oct. 20 if she continues on her current pace, according to David Birch, communications director at TubeMogul. During September, she averaged almost 1.8 million views per day.

After Lady Gaga and Bieber, the next closest artist is Michael Jackson at around 600 million views, says Birch.

Even though Lady Gaga will be the first to the one billion mark, TubeMogul data shows that lately Bieber has been the hotter of the two and has been YouTube's most-viewed music artist.

Ke$ha Blasts Former Manager In Legal Dispute

Ke$ha has dropped a particularly powerful legal bomb on a former manager who is suing her for $14 million in allegedly unpaid commissions.

In a move that will not be a surprise to lawyers familiar with talent/management disputes, the "Tik Tok" songstress is asking the California Labor Commissioner to declare her contract with DAS Communications void because it acted as an unlicensed talent agent while representing her.

That's a big no-no in California, where only registered (and regulated) agents can "procure" work for clients.

Ke$ha (real name: Kesha Rose Sebert) was sued in New York in May for allegedly breaching a 2006 deal to pay New York-based DAS and principal David Sonenberg 20% of her music earnings.

The singer later left DAS and hired RCA/Jive Record Group to represent her, according to the lawsuit. At issue is whether DAS is entitled to commissions from Ke$ha's lucrative deal with Warner Bros. Records, among other things.

The singer fired back at the lawsuit in August with a motion to dismiss the case, arguing that she was well within her rights to fire the management company. And now she is moving the fight to California, where she is alleging many acts of "procurement" for her work, including singing engagements, songwriting gigs and even performing at house parties.

The Talent Agencies Act is a particularly fierce weapon when deployed against managers, and even the smallest acts of procurement can be lethal.

The law was weakened a few years ago by the California Supreme Court, which questioned whether a single act of procurement should void an entire deal. But in this case, Ke$ha is alleging that her managers procured a large number of gigs.

More important, the underlying litigation often will be stalled (sometimes for years) as the Labor Commissioner takes his time reviewing whether a manager acted unlawfully.

It's likely that Ke$ha's lawyers will file a motion to halt the case in New York while the TAA issues are resolved in California. If the court there agrees to stay the case, DAS could see a lot of tik-toks before it has its day in court.

David Guetta To Work With Christina Aguilera?

David Guetta has reportedly expressed plans to work on a song with Christina Aguilera for his new album.

The French DJ and producer, whose record is due out next summer, said that he is keen to feature Aguilera's 'powerful' voice on the album.

Record quotes Guetta as saying that people will go "crazy" for his next album and that he is still awaiting permission from Aguilera's label for the pair to work together.

The star also revealed that he has finished nine tracks for the record, saying: "Making music for me is not working, is my daily occupation. I have more than nine songs made for the new disk, [but] it's like wine: you have to let them breathe for people to taste and see."

Collaborations with Usher and will.i.am are also rumored to feature on the LP. Guetta will release a deluxe edition of his latest album 'One Love' later this year.
