New Britney Spears Single Out In March?

KISS FM is reporting that we'll be hearing some new fresh music from Britney Spears this March. The radio station drop the bomb earlier today and said the new single will be out this March while the album will be released several months after likely in the summer.

Britney Spears has been riding the less dramatic express all the way to the bank the last year or so, and it seems like the recent news that her seventh studio album is in the works promises she is still not switching tracks to Crazytown.

Jon Asher, a 21-year old producer/musician -- you may know his song "Electricity" -- was apparently contacted by Spears and her management and asked to submit material for reported 2010 summer release. When asked about songs submitted to Spears, Jon said, "I’m trying to develop an exciting new sound for her. Give Britney more of an “Epic” feel."

He further explains that, "Epic Pop is a genre that I am pioneering at the moment. Music that has meaning. It’s not your everyday pop love bug sound. It's upbeat rhythms and sounds with meaningful emotional lyrics that people can feel. Something that truly moves you."

Other massive producers like Darkchild and David Guetta have already been said to be working on the same album as well.

"Rude Boy" Will Be Rihanna's New Single

Prior to now, there were unconfirmed reports that "Rude Boy" was to serve as the next single from Rihanna’s Rated R.

It appears that such speculation has indeed proven correct, with All Access today confirming that the song is set to officially impact US radio on February 9th.

"Rude Boy" clearly stands head-and-shoulders above much of the material on the record and definitely has that radio friendly sound that the majority of her latest album lacks. Let's hope RiRi can get a big hit out of this record!

Jennifer Lopez On Latina Magazine

Before marrying Marc Anthony, this Jenny was around the block twice with marriage, and by now Jennifer Lopez thinks she knows what it takes to make it last.

"What people don't talk about, which is interesting to me, is how you have to put as much work into your relationships as you do into anything else," Lopez Latina magazine's February issue. "We put so much into our careers … but there's also a lot of work that goes into making a successful partnership and marriage. It's not easy."

The 40-year-old Lopez tried and failed at marriage twice before, first with Ojani Noa and then with Cris Judd. She also was engaged to actor Ben Affleck, but the couple called off their wedding.

"Anybody who's successful at it deserves a pat on the back," Lopez says. "You've got to grow with each other; you've gotta bend over backwards for each other."

The Bronx, N.Y., native says sticking it out with Anthony, 41, has been the right move. They've been married since 2004 and have twins who turn 2 next month.

"That's how I know that this relationship is worth it, because a lot of people walk away too easily," says J-Lo. "But to take that step and actually get married – and I've done it three times, and two times were, you know, not good for me or for them – I'm gonna take it seriously."

Carrie Underwood Wants 'Big Hair' on Her Wedding Day

Carrie Underwood has some simple requests when it comes time to tie the knot with her hockey player fiancé Mike Fisher. "[I want] a groom, good food and an open bar," Underwood, 26, stated on the red carpet at the People's Choice Awards at Los Angeles's Nokia Theatre.

She may not know who's designing her wedding dress yet – or have picked a wedding date – but Underwood has some thoughts about how she plans to look on her big day.

"I'm Southern," she says. "I like big hair and eyeliner. I want my wedding day to be me, so I'll probably be rocking some big hair and some eyeliner."

"We're big texters," she says. "We talk on the phone. I-Chatting, I don't know what we'd do without it to be honest – and face time is the most important."

As for her fiancé, Underwood says, "he looks good in pictures – but he looks better in person."

Five Things to Know About Rihanna's New Beau

Rihanna and baseball pro Matt Kemp have gone public with their relationship, cozying up in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where they've been spotted swimming with the dolphins, gazing at the ocean and smooching passionately. "They've only had a few opportunities to be together," Kemp's agent tells PEOPLE, "but those times have been fun."

Just who is this hunky ball player who has captured the 21-year-old's singer's heart after her violent relationship ended with Chris Brown? Here are five things to know about the 25-year-old Kemp:

1. His Bat's Silver, His Glove's Gold, His Wallet's Fat
The Los Angeles Dodgers paid Kemp $5 million last year in what was the starting outfielder’s breakthrough season. He had 26 home runs and 101 RBIs in 2009, winning the Silver Slugger award for his stellar hitting and the Golden Glove for his fielding prowess.

2. He's Nicknamed "The Bison"
During his second major league game in 2006 against the Atlanta Braves, Kemp stole second base, prompting TV announcer Don Sutton to say Kemp looked like “a big buffalo running around the bases” – and a nickname was born.

3. He's a Country Boy at Heart
Behind Kemp's impressive 6-foot-2, 230-pound frame lies a guy with down-home sensibilities. He hails not from L.A. but from Midwest City, Okla., population 54,000, which means the entire town could fit in Dodger Stadium (capacity 56,000) with room to spare.

4. Pearly Whites Impress Him
What has Kemp been searching for in a love interest? "Independent, pretty, good teeth," he told Young Hollywood. "I like good teeth." Seems like he’s found all three qualities in Rihanna: a knockout star with a successful music career – and a famous smile!

5. He Has a "Mini-Me"
Number 27 has his own Bobblehead doll that stars in the online video The Adventures of Lil' Matt with a cameo by Snoop Dogg, who holds the Kemp doll in the palm of his hand and promises to write the Dodgers a new theme song if they win the championship.

Ke$ha And Susan Boyle Vying For No. 1 On Next Week's Billboard 200

The first sales week of 2010 could be another battle for No. 1, as "Britain's Got Talent" sensation Susan Boyle and "TiK ToK" singer Ke$ha compete for the top spot on the Billboard 200.

Early prognostications from label sources suggest that both Boyle's "I Dreamed a Dream" or Ke$ha's just-released debut album, "Animal," may sell around 100,000 copies by week's end on Jan. 10. With Ke$ha's very youthful audience going up against Boyle's more mature demographic, however, it's a tough call on who may come out on top.

Ke$ha's album has an attractive developing artist list price of $9.98, but it's on sale for less than that at the big physical retailers. Additionally, both the Amazon MP3 and iTunes Stores are offering it for only $6.99. Sources suggest that the album will have an overwhelming amount of its first-week sales powered by digital downloads of the set.

The 22-year-old pop newcomer has already made a lot of chart noise, as "Animal's" lead single, "TiK ToK," has sold 2.44 million total downloads -- including 394,000 this past week. It retains the No. 1 slot on the Hot Digital Songs chart for a third straight week as well.

A No. 1 position would be nothing new for Boyle, however. The singer has already clocked six weeks at the top with "Dream" and forced both Alicia Keys and Mary J. Blige to debut at No. 2 with their latest albums.

More With Christina Aguilera In Marie Claire Magazine

Whether she's working with legendary hip-hop producer DJ Premier or making a song that's a throwback to the 1940s, Christina Aguilera has never been afraid to experiment with her music. And on her new album, Bionic, due in March, the singer is looking ahead:

In next month's issue of Marie Claire, the songstress says that the album "is about the future," crediting son Max as a musical inspiration who's "motivating me to want to play and have fun."

Although Aguilera has always been known for her soaring vocals, she's brought in a softer style of singing on this album. She admitted to the magazine that easing up is something "that maybe I've been afraid to do in the past, to allow myself to go to a place of 'less singing,' " she said. "I'm more vulnerable and more strong at the same time."

According to the magazine, the album's tentative first single is a Tricky Stewart-produced track called "Glam," described as "a poppy, hip-hop inflected throwback to Madonna's 'Vogue.' " Other tracks include "the addictive electronic title track" and an ode to her son titled "Lullaby," which is the result of Aguilera's studio sessions with Australian singer Sia.

Last fall, Tricky Stewart talked about the album, calling it "one of her best bodies of work."

"I know that there's a lot of other cool features, like I know that she has Santigold and Flo Rida on there," he told Rap-Up.com. "She's mixing it up again. She's singing R&B again, she's doing pop. She's doing it all, but she's found a way to make it all meet in the middle because she's so many different things."

Over the summer, Aguilera mentioned a couple of other artistsshe's been working with, although it was unclear at press time whether those collaborations will appear on the LP. "I got a chance to sort of write with Santigold, M.I.A., Ladytron — artists that I really love," she told fans during a broadcast for her A.P.E. radio station in August. Other collaborators include Dr. Luke, Bravery frontman Sam Endicott (who worked with Shakira on "She Wolf"), Switch and Goldfrapp.

And while she puts the finishing touches on Bionic, Aguilera is also busy shooting her on-screen debut in the movie musical, "Burlesque," which hits theaters in November.

Katy Perry On Glamour Magazine Cover

Katy Perry graces the cover of this months issue of Glamour Magazine. Check out part of the interview below:

On her hit song “I Kissed A Girl”: “I have a soft spot for women—I’m not afraid of it. Some women walk into the room, and they’re so beautiful and you’re like, ‘I wanna smell you,’ you know? I have certain girlfriends who I just think are the most angelic, beautiful creatures. And if any of my boyfriends ever fail me, I’ll turn to them!”

On relationships: “I’m excited to find a partner who can just be my teammate. And there’s got to be respect. For me, that’s hard because it’s easy for me to steamroll guys. I need a man who tells me the party’s over, that it’s time to go home, because [we] have to work in the morning.”

On her beau, British funnyman Russell Brand:
“When he was filming Get Him to the Greek, I did a cameo with him. My scene called for me to make out with him. And on the way down the stairs after the scene, I was hopping like a bunny. I hope like a bunny when I’m happy.”

On awkward guy encounters: “When I was meeting people in L.A., guys always thought if they paid for dinner, they deserved a blow job. But generally, I’ll say this—and I’ll say it proudly—I can’t sleep with someone if I don’t have a connection with them."

On feeling vulnerable: “I have always been this character, but I kind of cartoon-ized myself a little bit [in my stage persona]. So when someone really likes me, it’s like here comes a person! I wonder if you can handle this.”
