Nelly, Christina, Missy & More To Attend Lilith Fair 2010 Event

Big news back in April, was that Lilith Fair, which has already been on hiatus for a full decade, would be hitting up Europe for two weeks. And although McBride had promised to reveal more in September, he’s just now coming out with some news.

Organizers are planning to hit 18 cities next year, including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Vancouver and Toronto.

McBride did mention that he was hoping to bring back acts who played at original Lilith Fairs. Some of those performers include Sheryl Crow, Christina Aguilera, Erykah Badu, Dixie Chicks, Missy Elliot, The Pretenders, Nelly Furtado, Jewel, Queen Latifah, Indigo Girls, Tegan & Sara and Sarah McLachlan.

And it seems relevant to point out that, while many of these acts aren’t doing too much these days, Badu, Tegan & Sara, and Aguilera either have new albums out or are in the process of recording.

No dates are set yet, and we don’t know who will be headlining, either.
